Goldenrod is such a beautiful herb to forge! It’s not every day you get to drink the floral decor! It’s an amazing tea after using it as a centerpiece. Some medicinal benefits:

• Loaded in antioxidants, 7x more antioxidants in this plant than in green tea

• It is known to help with any issues with the kidney and the urinary tract

• A herb that’s been worked with for skin issues like eczema and psoriasis

• Helps with bleeding internal and external]

I discovered and forged goldenrod for the first time this summer of 2024, they were all over the woods near me! I didn’t know all the benefits until the flowers were no longer available unfortunately but I forged 2 jars and have been drinking it as a tea whenever I feel called to. It tastes great! I wish I collected 5 more jars!
